01. CONSULTATION

The first step to your new home gym is a free consultation via Zoom. This initial meeting will allow you to:

  • let Tom know your health and fitness-related goals;  

  • think about exactly what you want from your home gym;

  • ask any questions you may have.

When you're ready to go ahead, Tom will book an in-person meeting at your home. In this second consultation, Tom will measure the dimensions and assess your new home gym's potential. This assessment will give him a better understanding of the space and how to maximise its use to meet your health and fitness-related goals.

02. DESIGN

Using consultation information, alongside more than ten years of experience creating home gyms for clients, Tom can now begin to design your home gym. He will work with you to ensure that your space to train at home is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within your budget.

03. CREATE

Once you are happy with the design and equipment selection, Tom will order your equipment and project-manage your new home gym's installation and build. Tom uses various manufacturers to source the best materials and machines, ensuring the space meets your needs and goals.​

04. RESULTS

There is no point in creating the perfect gym if you don't use it and see results. Tom includes a home gym induction and Personal Training session to make sure you get the most out of your new home gym and workouts. This may be booked online or via home visit, whichever works best within your schedule. ​
