How much do you charge?


Personal Training: Consultation (30 mins) = FREE 10 session package = £450.
Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Consultation (90 mins) = £75. 1 Session (50 mins) = £50. 10 session package = £450.
Sports Massage: Consultation (90 mins) = £75. 1 Session (50 mins) = £50. 10 session package = £450.




What are your working hours?


8AM - 8PM Monday - Friday. Weekend sessions are not available due to commitments to teaching and continuing professional development.

What makes TWF different from other Personal Trainers, Coaches and Therapists?


Tom has more than 10 years experience helping clients achieve their goals. He has been fortunate enough to Iearn from some of the world’s most well-known trainers, coaches and therapists since starting his career. He travels internationally multiple times per year in the pursuit of knowledge and practical skills to help him help his clients. Please see "About Tom" section to see my credentials. He is a former Team GB athlete and has been exposed to some of the most elite training protocols and strategies. He draws from these experiences and uses them with his clients to enhance their sessions. Tom combines personal training, manual therapy and an in depth understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to achieve the best results possible. Tom's proud to say over 90% of my clients come through personal recommendations. He seeks to provide a holistic approach to helping my clients and have a vast network of health professionals including Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Sports Doctors, Psychologists, and Nutritionists that all come highly recommended that he frequently refer to and receive clients from. In addition to the above, Tom mentors a number of Personal Trainers to help them get better results with their clients.




How often do I need sessions?


This depends on a number of factors. What you want to achieve, how long you have to achieve it, your current fitness levels, how much time you have available to you to dedicate to training etc. Tom has clients he sees everyday and also clients he see once per month. During the consultation you will both put a plan of action together that suits your abilities and your needs.




Where are you based and do you do home visits?


Tom Wood Fitness is exclusively based in the Berkeley Fitness; an exclusive, purpose built private training studio in Clifton, Bristol. Please see "Location" for more information. Tom only does home visits in special circumstances. A different rate per session will apply.




Do you offer group sessions or classes?


Tom only works with clients on a one - one basis so he can give them 100% of my focus and attention.




What is your session cancelation / rescheduling policy?


Tom Wood Fitness havs a 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule a session. You will not be charged for a session that you re-schedule with more than 24 hours notice. The full session fee will be charged to clients who cancel or re-schedule a session with less than 24 hours notice, or who fail to show up for their appointment. If you’re sick or unwell, or if any unforeseen emergency or circumstance occurs, then these are of course taken into consideration if you have to cancel or reschedule a session with short notice. If you need to make any changes to a scheduled session, then please contact Tom directly by calling his mobile and leaving a voice message. Please note that Tom is not able to accept cancellation messages via email, texts or any other social media.
